Here’s how my office works to make our relationship as smooth as possible. After all, stress management is part of wellness. This also allows me to keep my rates as affordable as I can.

Visits and Rescheduling

All visits are scheduled directly on my website through my scheduling app. Rescheduling your visit is done through your appointment confirmation email or through your patient portal account.

All follow up visits are essential no matter what you have accomplished. No test results are discussed in the follow up appointments.

Here’s how: Open the email, click on view details, and click reschedule. A reminder YOU initiate the phone call for phone visits. If I am running over (which I make an effort to avoid) and you hear my voicemail I will call you back as soon as I finish.

In order to keep our rates affordable, we have a strict policy on scheduling changes.  There will be an automatic charge for the entire appointment if you miss the appointment, or if you cancel or reschedule on the same day.   When you schedule an appointment with Laura and/or with her staff, you reserve our time.


Messages/Emails

You should only send a message through your client portal account if the question is relevant to your most recent health or your child’s health appointment. Please schedule a new appointment if you require any of the following: Requesting formal changes to your plan, requesting new supplement recommendations, requesting new advice, or wanting advice on a new problem or concern. All advice, changes, and recommendations MUST be done in an appointment. Please schedule your appointment via my website at laurakopec.com

If you need an answer sooner than 24 business hours please schedule a phone appointment to have your answer as soon as possible. If no appointment slot is available, please email a request for an after-hours appointment. Messages are answered by Laura and her staff and are not answered on weekends.


Text Messaging

Text messages are not HIPPA compliant. Please do not send text messages. Text messages will not be answered.


Ordering Product/Pricing Requests

All refill orders should be placed through my website. Currently my online store is for clients only. A password/access code may be required. Message us if you cannot find the password. The online store password is an access code that is the same for everyone, it is NOT the password to your patient portal which is unique to you. Please note there are no refunds to prepaid test kits.

If you do not see your product on my website, use the search field first and if you still cannot find it, please email for additional information. 


Supplement Info

Supplement education and info sheets are current as long as there are no changes in your health. Changes in your health including your own progress, significant weight gain (or loss) in adults and children, or medication such as antibiotics or surgery need a follow up to determine appropriate changes to supplements.


Insurance and Receipts

Our already discounted cash pricing does not include our involvement in billing insurance and/or medical sharing programs. If you require our involvement with more detailed information than we already provide such as more detailed receipts, codes or any other completed paperwork per your insurance or medical sharing program then there is an additional charge for our time in helping you recoup your costs. Thank you for allowing us to keep our prices for visits affordable.
