Laura provides education to help you take charge of your health or the health of a loved one. Many health/body issues have root in nutritional deficiencies: Fatigue/Low Energy, Anxiety/Depression, Headaches, Digestive Issues, Autoimmunity, Infllammation, Skin Conditions, Thyroid Issues, Adrenal Fatigue, Perimenopause, and Behavioral issues such as focus, motivation and irritability.

Did you know women lose weight differently from men, not just because a woman’s fat cells are different, but because a woman’s psychology for eating is often associated with different emotions? The foods a woman craves often indicate specific nutritional deficiencies that need to be addressed in order to be successful. Fertility/Conception/Pregnancy

The female body has the amazing capacity to carry life inside her body. But without whole body wellness the body may resist conception or carrying to term. From addressing protein absorption to the methylation cycle, a successful full term pregnancy is dependent not only on particular nutrients but also how the body responds to those nutritients digestively and genetically. Laura is passionate about women who want to understand their bodies and how to create conditions for the best possible outcome.

Postpartum Fatigue/Breastfeeding/First Foods

Most women lack the knowledge and understanding that what they are experiencing may not be what has to be from fatigue to not enough milk to what foods should my baby eat first….visit with Laura to make sense of it all and feel confident in your journey as a new mom.

Laura works directly with mothers on a variety of health issues on behalf of their children who struggle with these issues. Laura is a mother of three children herself, and a former teacher. She believes very strongly in the “mommy gut” and in advocating for our children to grow into adults without daily pharmceuticals. Laura experience, her passion and her knowledge of health combined with her strong sense of compassion for other mothers will help you take charge of your children’s health.

Laura teaches mother’s a balanced approach to finding the best path for eating healthy and still participating in social eating. Laura’s radical ideas in children’s nutrition helps you feel empowered and at ease with strategies for making your way through the complicated challenge of wanting healthy children.
